Collaborated with Outdoor Program Coordinators and Director of Campus Recreation to develop and improve Leadership Curriculum. Managed the recruiting and hiring process for returning Outdoor Program leaders. Engaged in community outreach with local companies to obtain sponsorships for new equipment.

Collaborated with a team of peers as part of an environmental justice coalition aimed at enhancing Willamette University’s internal communication about its sustainability contributions and challenges.Co-coordinated the Willamette University Clothing Share- an effort to make business more accessible by providing Willamette students with a communal closet that provides access to free business clothes. Assisted in writing several grants that have been used to fund Clothing Share operations, and helped implement a community clothing donation program.
