Managed a 10-month consulting project for a global brand of 2,500+ employees. Developed financial models in Excel to demonstrate recommerce profitability. Conducted interviews with industry professionals, competior benchmarking, and consumer data gathering.

Critically evaluate and provide personalied feedback on essays for 100+ undergraduate students in the Business Ethics and Social Responsibility course at the Leeds School of Business

Built meaningful relationships with customers while sharing my knowledge of rock climbing, back country skiing, mountain biking, and their corresponding outdoor products, as well as my passion for protecting the local environment. Designed original artwork and graphics that were used to promote in-store events.

Managed scheduling and legal correspondence for 300+ misdemeanor clients at a non-profit public defense law firm. Communicated effectively between clients and the court system. Interpreted between Spanish-speaking clients and attorneys.

Represented the United States and The Fulbright Program as a cultural ambassador to Malaysia. Facilitated cross-cultural discussions and bi-weekly language speaking workshops with Malaysian educators and rural high school students ages 13-18. Secured grant funding for a state-wide English Language camp involving 100+ students from 12 secondary schools. Increased the English speaking proficiency and confidence of my 500+ students.

Instructed groups of up to 13 participants on week-long immersive outdoor expeditions, primarily focused on rock climbing and backpacking. Facilitated skill acquisition such as team-building, gear management, Leave No Trace, and wilderness survival. Extensive experience in risk-management, wilderness medicine, and decision making with minimal resources in the backcountry. Safely transported up to 15 people in vehicles to field sites up to 5 hours away.

Designed and implemented training curriculum to prepare student leaders to safely run Outdoor Program trips. Facilitated monthly meetings for Outdoor Program staff of up to 40 people. Collaborated with Outdoor Program Coordinators and Director of Campus Recreation to develop and improve Leadership Curriculum. Managed the recruiting and hiring process for returning Outdoor Program leaders. Engaged in community outreach with local companies to obtain sponsorships for new equipment.

Collaborated with a team of peers as part of an environmental justice coalition aimed at enhancing Willamette University’s internal communication about its sustainability contributions and challenges.Co-coordinated the Willamette University Clothing Share- an effort to make business more accessible by providing Willamette students with a communal closet that provides access to free business clothes. Assisted in writing several grants that have been used to fund Clothing Share operations, and helped implement a community clothing donation program.

Lead groups of college students on day and overnight outdoor trips through out the Pacific Northwest. Facilitated safe and supportive group dynamics. Provided basic wilderness safety instruction.

Coordinated nature-based educational programs for youth, families and adults, and promoted these programs on social media. Represented Straub Outdoors at regional environmental projects, meetings and outreach events. Helped design Straub's current website. Attended company events to photograph collect website content. Implemented a monthly blog entitled "Voices of Nature", where I engaged with the local community to recruiting blog post writers and provided editing assistance.
