I am passionate about finding solutions to business challenges through People Strategies.With a background in embedding change as a result of joint venture programmes, primarily in Retail Banking and Finance, I utilise my creativity, influencing and front line leadership skills. I have experience that spans policy design and implementation through to coaching and mentoring at a management level. I am able to understand and support the delivery of the business objective by identifying the route to navigate the internal challenges.
