Our company provides financial services to various banks and credit unions, assisting with customer service inquiries, consumer loan needs, collections, payment reminders, and mortgages. As a financial service team lead, I am responsible for coaching and motivating my team of customer service agents and loan specialists to provide great service to each caller while working towards our department goals. In addition, I communicate directly with clients regarding questions, concerns, and updating our resources to ensure appropriate processes are followed and accurate information is provided to their customers.

I was a licensed Health and Life insurance agent in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington and Wisconsin. I specialized in supplemental insurance like Accident, Sickness, Specified Disease, Disability, and Life insurance. I primarily contacted our current policy holders to see how they are doing and to ensure they were adequately covered and that all of their insurance needs were being met. I was also a part of the Customer Choice program where we assist customers with determining whether or not replacing a policy is a good choice for their needs.

After Arkadin purchase ConferencePlus, I continued in my position with Arkadin until I was laid off at the end of February. During my short employment with Arkadin, I took inbound calls from customers and continued to schedule their audio and web conferences. I reviewed call details to ensure they would have the best possible experience.

My primary duties included taking inbound calls from customers to assist them with scheduling their audio and web conferences. As a Senior, I also reviewed call details to ensure they would have the best possible experience.I was a part of the small team to design and implement a new training program for our employees, both new and tenured, to ensure that we would continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Once I began working at Conference Plus, I moved down from my Sales Leader position to become a Part-Time stylist. I assisted with customers with all their shopping needs as well as cleaning and stocking the store.

I began my employment at Lane Bryant as a stylist at our Spring Hill Mall location where I performed regular retail duties like assisting customers with all their shopping needs and cleaning and maintaining the store. As a Sales Leader, I took on responsibilites to train employees, was the leader of our safety training, handled returns, opened and closed the store, opened and closed the registers, ran to the bank for deposits and change, and managed our marketing and accessory department. I also assisted with our markdown program and floor sets when they changed. It was determined that we were closing this store location so I remained to assist with scheduling employees, packing up inventory, and other closing duties. I was selected to continue my employment as a Sales Leader at a new location, Arlington Heights, and remained with the company until June 2011.

While a student at Millikin University, I worked part time in the Alumni & Development Department. I assisted the researchers in the department with updating alumni records and contact information. I also assisted with the proof-reading of the 100 year anniversary book and with mailings for special events. On occasion, I would assist with greeting visitors and answering the phone.
