I train new hires on total loss claims work, insurance standards and fair claims practices. I also teach them how to handle phone calls for the Salvage call center while practicing multitasking and learning the best customer service skills in the industry. My duties as ERG market lead involve coordinating events, taking part in discussions, and elevating women in the workplace while learning more about advancing the cause.
