I train new hires on total loss claims work, insurance standards and fair claims practices. I also teach them how to handle phone calls for the Salvage call center while practicing multitasking and learning the best customer service skills in the industry.

Upon completion of preliminary training, I coach new hire associates on how to be efficient total loss claim handlers. I teach multitasking, phone efficiencies, total loss practices and company policies, all while tracking progress. I also analyze phone data to help new associates become the most productive file handlers that they can be. A large part of my job involves positive reinforcement in my coaching. I am also responsible for typical administrative duties such approving time sheets, keeping associate records, and documenting progress.
