I used to work at flairstech in Flighthub account as senior travel advisor from August 2021 until November 2021 , then I was assigned as SME for the nesting waves acting as team leader during their nesting period from Novmeber 2021 until May 2023

I used to a junior travel advisor handling customers requests through inbound calls and chats , on the GDS systems ( Amadeus , SPRK , and Travelfusion IBS ) processing exchange automated , and manual , cancellation , first issuance , and refunds through GDS and BSP link.

I started my work experience in Vodafone UK as CS representative in the billing department , then for my performance they assigned me to be in the Complaints and ERC department .
