I have many years experience in working for Local Councils, more recently in a HR team as a People Business Partner. I have completed the CIPD Level 5 and continue to increase my knowledge and experience. I have a general overview of all aspects of HR with a keen interest in recruitment, sickness management and People Relations. I am learning at a very fast pace and will always strive to complete any challenge that comes my way. I have been the HR lead on various cases; such as grievances, disciplinaries, appeals, sickness management cases and capabilities and followed them through to their conclusion.Most of my working life has been with local government, alongside that I have vast customer services knowledge and experience.
