Sarah Beck is a certified labor doula with nearly 20 years of experience. She attended her first birth in 2003. Since then, her passion and knowledge for childbirth has grown. Her goal is to guide parents to be through pregnancy - answer questions, calming concerns, and preparing for birth. While attending the birth, she helps to advocate for the individual giving birth, while creating a positive environment with the best possible outcome. Sarah studied with School of Shamanic Methods in 2004. She earned a certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork in 2007 and became a Reiki Master in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Sarah completed her Childbirth Education diploma program. She became a board certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner in 2018. Sarah completed her certification in Biopsychosocial Chronic Pain Rehabilitation in 2019. Additionally, Sarah is a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. She is trained in Kansa, a traditional Ayurvedic technique, Cupping, and Reflexology. She is a licensed esthetician and a PureSculpt specialist.Sarah is an adjunct professor at Cheyney University, where she teaches Health & Wellness and physical education class. She teaches weekly yoga classes online and at a In Harmony Wellspring Fitness in West Chester, PA. She is a American Red Cross instructor, who regular instructs CRP and other classes.
