-Supporting Strategic Initiatives at HIMSS to advance organizational goals with a focus on Thought Leadership.-Staff Liaison for HIMSS Interoperability and Social Determinants of Health Committees.-Collaborating with Government Relations and Informatics Teams to ensure team activities and work items align with HIMSS' Strategic Goals, have value to the HIMSS Community and Health IT Industry at large, and are executed in an efficient manner with appropriate support and resources.

-Cultivating and strengthening the relationship between the IHE Connectathon and the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase; highlighting shared values and goals; supporting participants where they are currently in their Interoperability journey and pointing them in the right direction and to the right people as they take on the next steps; supporting both events in North America onsite and virtually, particularly the educational programming at the Interoperability Theater at the Showcase and the Standards Acceleration Programming at the Connectathon.-Continuing my duties as IHE Domain Committee Secretariat, described below.

-Secretariat support for HIMSS-Sponsored IHE Domain Committees: setting up virtual and in-person meetings, managing agendas and meeting minutes, recording attendance, trouble-shooting teleconference issues as they arise, coordinating hotel, travel, and food & beverage aspects for in-person gatherings, including international meetings, managing Change Proposal submissions for IHE Technical Frameworks-Event Coordination for IHE North American Connectathon: managing event website, registration portal, and Virtual Attendee Hub (Cvent), supporting Meeting Services efforts regarding conference A/V needs and onsite food & beverage, arranging travel and hotel for staff and volunteers, performing Customer Service duties onsite during Event Week.
