I managed the team and the overall workload to ensure work is completed by deadlines and per budgets allocated to jobs. I built trustworthy relationships with Sales Managers and Clients which assisted with problem solving when issues arose. Managerial responsibilities included the incoming and outgoing accounts, payroll, managing stock take and regular cost assessments. Partnering in this position was Lead Graphic Designer, I worked directly with clients to create company logos, brand identities and signage solutions. We would also upsell business cards, vehicle wraps, vinyl or printed decals and custom creations of many kinds.

Part-time I maintain a tidy and updated book of monthly financial records, keep organised folders of each job and its status and fill out bi-monthly GST returns for my partner's small concrete placing company.
