I currently connect with and serve churches across Victoria and South Australia, enabling them to support the most persecuted Christians around the world through Open Doors Australia.My background in Mediation and Theology, alongside 10+ years in various leadership roles within ministry equips me to communicate biblical truths with clarity and sensitivity across cultures and denominations. As an Academic Tutor at Planetshakers Bible College I was given the privilege, whilst still undertaking my theological studies, to begin facilitating tutorials. Over two years I taught first and second year Bachelor of Theology Subjects and within 18 months also began assisting the Head of Tutoring with overseeing academic support and marking. I was often called upon to cover for other tutors last minute, demonstrating my flexibility and adaptability.I loved equipping students with the skills and abilities to achieve their academic potential and personal growth. It was such a joy seeing students gain confidence in both their knowledge and its application.For First Years I taught subjects such as Old Testament Foundations, Personal Leadership, Public Speaking, Profession Practise. For Second Years I covered subjects such as Christ and Salvation, Advanced Professional Practise, Academic Writing. I saw a 15-20% increase in grades across my students over a one-year time-frame, significant improvement in referencing skills, time-management, and overall well-being. I received consistent positive feedback about my teaching style and approach from the Head of Tutoring and students.
