Primary System Admin and Support for 3rd party Greenphire system for paying research participants across the University; 500+ users across the University. Serve as backup administrator for the Help Desk and will assist Payroll, AP and the Tax Departments with future upgrades. Also backup several other areas across the Disbursements department specifically reconciliations of AP, payroll and tax accounts.

Verify and enter supplier information from the PDA form and W-9 into the supplier database and process payment information from the PDA form into BEN Financials. Process POs by matching invoices to corresponding line items on the purchase order. Reverse and correct receipts entered by buyers. Analyze reports.
