I have had many years of experience in the work force. I started at the age of 16 in the Trustee's Office in Scott County, Tennessee. I was a customer service representative as well as helped collect land tax money. While working here, I also had a part-time job at the Boys and Girls Club. I was a youth and teen counselor. We provided learning skills such as music, art, social activities, games and exercise. I then graduated with an Associates of Science degree from Roane State Community College. My first job was at a local doctor's office in my county. I worked there for three years as an X-ray Technologist. After I left that job, I started working full-time for World Finance Corporation. I was again a Customer Service Representative. I prepared loans for approved individuals. That led to my current position. I work for the State of Tennessee in the Child Support Division. I have many duties here such as customer service, using all forms of Microsoft Office, writing techniques, typing, computer skills, team leadership, collaborating with coworkers, de-escalating angry customers who do not know how the child support system works, plus many more job duties. My main goal with my career is to be a help to all individuals. I have recently completed by bachelor's degree in health and human services at Western Governors University. I am currently enrolled in the master's of healthcare administration program. I will be finished by February 28, 2024.
