Working under the supervision of Dr. Samantha Hancock with the Department of Management and Organizational Studies.

Work closely with CCS IT staff to provide technical troubleshooting, IT information and IT solutions to clients within the University. Worked in the Help Centre, a service provided for students, staff, and faculty at the University of Guelph and the University of Guelph-Humber.

Supervisor: Dr. Kieran O’Doherty• Authored a comprehensive review paper on Microbiome Stewardship, specifically in relation to water quality.• Actively participate in and contribute to weekly laboratory meetings.• Assisted in the creation of Dr. Sue Ishaq’s Microbes and Social Equity website.• Presented to the Lab a summary of research. • Helped in the organizing of the Microbiome Stewardship Workshop hosted at the University of Guelph, facilitated discussions among over 30 staff and faculty across departments, and took meticulous notes.

Supervisor: Dr. Leanne Son Hing• Attended and meaningfully contributed lab meetings on a regular basis.• Provide feedback on MA and PhD students manuscript and thesis defenses.• Assist in study recruitment for PhD students. • Work to create study materials with MA students. • Assisting on current project run by MA student, developing skills regarding scale creation and validation and educational interventions.• Responsible for planning and scheduling all semester lab meetings for several students and lab supervisor.• Administrative tasks, such as agenda planning, facilitating lab meetings, making notes, keeping track of scholarship deadlines.• Updating the WIDE GEN campus press lab website with publications, updated members, etc.• Help with recruitment of lab Interns, Research Assistants, and Honours Thesis Students. Reviewing transcripts and cover letters, interviewing potential candidates.• Planning lab events such as student defense celebrations, setting up lab meetings with prospective graduate students during graduate open house day.

Working under the supervision of Dr. Leanne Son Hing in the Workplace, Inequality, Diversity, Equity, and Gender Lab (WIDE GEN). Conducting research regarding meritocratic beliefs and educational interventions.

Expected to assist with program duties, which are focused on data governance, data product delivery, and data architecture. With a strong technical background, analytical focus, and a high level of professionalism, I am involved in the following:- Documenting system and operational processes.- Gathering of data source information from departments and units, including system architecture details, metadata, data categories and classification, etc.- Auditing of current reporting to prepare for alignment within the data strategy program.- Assisting with website communication around the program.- Assisting with the development of user stories and tasks related to agile implementation processes.- Administrative tasks, such as taking minute meetings, preparing documents and agendas, etc.

Part of the summer student facilities program for the Halton District School Board. Responsible for maintenance work outside of schools such as outdoor landscaping as well as working with custodial staff preparing schools for the return of students.

Responsible for working independently to perform all operations in the store, including both opening and closing, cash, inventory, and dispute resolution. Also responsible for training new employees on all store operations.

Organized activities at summer camp, developed positive relationships with young campers and kept enthusiasm up by interacting with campers and demonstrating skills and activities along with other coaches.
