I am an associate attorney with a particular focus on labor & employment matters and complex commercial disputes.In this capacity, I routinely defend clients from claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, harassment, and wage and hour violations, and regularly advise clients on the drafting and implementation of employment policies and practices that comply with state and federal law, as well as how to reduce the risk of future employment disputes.I also have extensive experience in complex commercial claims, including construction, premises and products liability, defamation, and breach of contract actions. During law school I served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Enechi Modu, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Honorable Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr., Delaware Supreme Court.
