After graduation from the University of New Hampshire in the Spring of 2012, I started working at Colonial Toyota In Milford as the marketing assistant. I worked along side the Marketing Manager for a year and half until she left in March 2018. I am responsible for the social media in-house and directing our many third party vendors. I also plan all of our events and functions, and I handle all of the charity opportunities. Colonial Toyota In Milford is part of the Milford Chamber, and I attend the meetings and events held by the Chamber.After a year of being the Assistant to the Marketing Manager, I took on another role as the Customer Relations Manager. I am a resource for all customers and employees when it comes to any issue that may arise in the Dealership. I monitor all of our review sites and respond to each review or post. I also handle all of the Toyota Customer Service Survey’s for the Sales, Finance, Parts and Service Department. I am also responsible for the entire dealership’s uniforms and personalized business cards. I organize and create all of the brochure, Billboards, and Dealer Packets for the dealership. I monitor and edit our website daily in the back end through Dealerfire. I go through, record, and monitor the Used Vehicle Inventory everyday. The dealership is on many different platforms including TV and Radio. I am the point of contact for these companies, and I am responsible for organizing and reviewing all of the production and spot times. Working at Colonial Toyota In Milford I have the opportunity to be part of every department, and I definitely strive to use that exposure to learn more about the industry.

Serendipity Magazine is a very reputable company. I was able to attend and work many of their high end events. I made many cold calls to vendors and restaurants for upcoming events. I was able to learn and work their mass mailing program. The other interns and myself were responsible for making weekly storage runs and magazine deliveries. I was able to have access and post on their social media as well.Besides their famous magazine, I had the opportunity to help organize their annual Greenwich Wine & Food Festival in 2015. We called many vendors in Fairfield Country to donate or sponsor the event. I was responsible for making sure we had signed contracts with the many benefactors.

I updated their website, organized events, made deliveries, sent out bulk mail, and attended out-of-office Sales meetings.

As a High School Student, I became the Assistant Manager to this High End Designer Boutique. I was a personal stylist to our many customers and fashion shows we held. I was responsible for making sure all of the clothes were steamed and organized on the clothing racks and the mannequins. Normally I opened and clothed the store solely and on occasion trained new employees.

As a Sales representative I worked on the floor selling many designer clothes. I was responsible for cleaning up the store before, during, and after hours. I also monitored and organized the candy department. I took daily inventory of the designer clothes. I was proficient in gift wrapped.
