Dr Crowe is an ophthalmologist in private practice at Eastern Eye Centre, Maroubra. She is a general ophthalmologist with sub-specialty training in Oculoplastics (eyelid surgery). She also enjoys working in remote Pacific Island communities, where she encounters firsthand the problem of uncorrected refractive error (blurred vision which can be improved with glasses). This inspired her to develop the OOXii Vision Kit, and start the 4eyesVision Foundation, to get affordable glasses to people in remote and under-resourced communities worldwide.

Invented the 4eyes Vision Kit to address the problem of uncorrected refractive error in remote and developing communities. Pilot projects in Papua New Guinea. Scaling up to manufacture.
