With over 13 years of law enforcement experience, I offer quick, analytical skills applicable to dynamic circumstances. My experience with on scene emergencies and case management as an investigator have added growth in strategic planning and threat assessment. As a threat assessment/BTAM team member, I provide a full background on threats to include cyber and interpersonal which has led me to become an analyst and provide recommendations to the team. Partnering my Master's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on forensic psychology with real world training allows me to react and access mental health concerns involving individuals and violent actors of hate/protest groups.My experience within law enforcement along with training in Crisis Intervention (CIT), sexual assault, stalking, death, and narcotics investigations have provided a strong foundation to work with a team or as an individual. Testifying in numerous court cases over the years has garnered experience with case management and a healthy relationship with the Commonwealth's Attorney which has allowed me to train new officers as well as lead other investigators in building a solid case for prosecution. I have had the privilege of working for strong leadership mentors in my field as well at being selected to attend Leadership Development training.
