Serve as primary technical point of contact for Boeing’s Defense Core Contracting Team with Parker Hannifin. Serve as primary Engineering focal and project manager for a group of 16 procurement agents at 16 Parker Hannifin, Stratoflex, and Chromerics sites across the US.  Provide oversight and management of strategies, performance and development of large-scale products.  Manage technical, business, delivery, quality and continuous improvement aspects of supplier/subcontractors.  Establish and lead operating plans to monitor suppliers’ performance to plan. Identify and manage all aspects of suppliers’ statements of work, contractual commitments and performance to support company procurement strategies and contractual compliance.

I was selected to lead an initiative to reduce defects by 50% on our worst performing product lines. This amounted to 44 total projects and successfully had a 70% reduction in defects on project initiated. . I was responsible for creating the framework including the software used to mange projects, auto-generate reports, dashboards, etc. This framework has since been adopted by other functional areas like supplier quality and other regions like Europe. I still manage this initiative and the various users. Today we are on our third wave of projects and the success continues.
