    I was selected to lead an initiative to reduce defects by 50% on our worst performing product lines. This amounted to 44 total projects and successfully had a 70% reduction in defects on project initiated. . I was responsible for creating the framework including the software used to mange projects, auto-generate reports, dashboards, etc. This framework has since been adopted by other functional areas like supplier quality and other regions like Europe. I still manage this initiative and the various users. Today we are on our third wave of projects and the success continues.
