In my current volunteer role I am in charge of all the day to day financials including paying invoices, preparing monthly cash flows and producing accounts. It is my responsibility to make sure proper accounting records are kept and financial resources are properly spent. I report to the trustees on a monthly basis updating them on our financial position and deal with any queries they may have.

I am currently working to set up and develop their new Digital Transformation Centre in Newcastle. My current role involves working with HP’s European leadership team, analyzing their business data as well as market trends etc. I present my findings on strategy to them and then work to develop where their strategy should be going. This involves looking at work force reductions, service level agreements, their sales strategy, financial projections and much more.

My previous role involved managing the roll out of various projects, determining implementation and ongoing running costs, and managing the delivery of the projects. I was also involved in analyzing the performance of the different business areas across the account, examining different types of data and running escalation calls with account leads. These roles have allowed me to develop excellent analytical, time management skills and enabled me to work well under pressure.

My role included providing a professional service to customers, paying out commission, reconciling payments and manipulating spread sheets. I also had to maintain relationships with product providers and audit commission payments. I was involved with project management work which included mapping out risk processes, compiling a business continuity plan and comparing large quantities of data.
