Passionate about equality and enabling people to communicate. A skilful lecturer in English as a Second Language (ESL), Literacy, and English teaching, with a sound knowledge and practice of equality and diversity and a demonstrated history of working in the further education industry.Prior to working in education, a media professional with a technical and production skillset, also a company director for a Terrence Higgins Trust charity before making the world a better place from the ground up became even more of a real priority. Today I take my whole self to work and I am happier and more productive than ever as a result of this. My aim for the future is to encourage more of everyone to bring all of themselves to work and to foster understanding and fluidity in order live in a better world. We all add value.
