Responsible for carrying out commercial, contractual, administration duties and logistics , invoicing in order to support the Facility Management Department in achieving its objective of becoming a well organised, ISO compliant function.-Prepare L/C & L/G proposals and contracts required for bidding.

-Responsible for in depth complex credit reviews of accounts in car loan and flexi loan (type of personal loan).-Prepared credit reports for the top management which included financial and non-financial data related to clients.-Following up with customer service officers in various branches by providing them with decisions related to their customers.

• Prepared daily reports to negotiate with the manager for the meeting.• Help in Executing overall strategic marketing & sales direction for our clients including all advertising, customer relationship marketing, public relations, and sponsorships.• Coordinate research, and reporting the new products offered by other banks in order to guide future market planning.• Resolve customer’s complaints by providing full customer satisfaction within the time frame.• Responsible for orientation and training the outdoor team. • Plan and organize training sessions for new joiners / trainers team on effective communication, skills, client engagement, prospecting and tele-calling.

• Perform duties in a safe and efficient manner.• Acknowledge and follow all cashier policies and procedures.• Monitor checkout stations (and self-service in stores with this feature) for cashier performance and needs.• Promote customer good will by providing high standards of customer service.• Maintain effective work schedules for frontend personnel to ensure consistent application of courtesy and service to customers.• Issue cash to stations and removing excess cash.• Process all types of sales transactions accepted by the store including but not necessarily limited to authorized accounts receivable sales, coupons, food stamps, gift certificates, etc., in strict accordance with the established company policies and procedures.• Maintain a regular and effective housekeeping program.• Ensure proper bagging procedures by frontend personnel including carry-out service.• Order and control inventory of all frontend supplies including proper replenishment.
