As a member of the revolution team, I am responsible for serving customers, both food and beverages, as well as handling customer queries and complaints. The job includes handling stock, cash and supervising members of staff to ensure smooth operation of the bar. I recently took the position of Events Manager. This new role means I am responsible for the bookings held within the bar, the events we showcase and promotions we have, as well as helping to market our bar within the hospitality market of Chester .
