I work closely with the owner of Hop Services, to assist with organization and processes in 2 main areas:Operations: Oversight and improvement of company operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information management and business processes. Project Management: Coordination to complete projects on time within budget and scope. Communication with engineers, management, and clients to set expectations, plan workflow, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.

OneFreePlanet brings human connection to online collaborative experiences that integrate personal insight and productivity, for learning that leverages the power of authentic connection for rapid and lasting impact. My role in the beginning stages of this organization encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including: building/managing a WordPress site, developing agile models for personal growth programs, creating and leading training programs for the community, facilitating board meetings, managing legal and accounting issues, cultivating the company and community culture, promotion of offerings, and so on. We began 2019 with a brand-new model for our online group experiences, and within 4 months had trained 40 leaders to build and host their own modules through our platform using OneFreePlanet's process.

I returned to this team in a consultant capacity to assist with: - Restructure of team roles and processes, as well as team development- Assistance with development of online privacy and other policies- Management of projects involving website and CRM issues and development

Working with comedian/speaker Kyle Cease and his core team, we produced transformational live events and online content, consistently expanding our reach and growing our community through innovative and widely accessible approaches to personal development. My primary contributions fell under the umbrellas of technology, team training, project management, and communications, though my versatility allowed me to lead and participate in many ways.

With a focus on empowering others to connect to their own wisdom, I worked primarily with emerging solo entrepreneurs one-on-one and in small-group programs to transform their experience around topics like money, self-confidence, creating versus achieving, relationships, and intuitive development, to name a few. In learning the value of play and curiosity in a coaching environment, I ultimately developed a simple method for finding quick answers to our own questions through exploring our surroundings, which I named Oracle Playtime. The impact and success of this concept led me to focus my coaching practice around it.
