• Review of trade publications for client information and leads.• Business development/contact prospective clients to pass along project leads and pursue teaming opportunities. • Assist in developing strategies on project-specific marketing activities.• Work with technical staff and senior management to prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs and to assemble high-quality custom packages and presentations, including CDB 255 and SF 330.• Develop, organize, update, and format marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.).• Maintenance of client and marketing/sales records in Cosential (and previously ACT).• Produce proposals and qualifications packages in short time frames, manage time efficiently while multi-tasking across different projects.• Backup marketing work for other offices within the firm.
