As the Digital Production Manager for Edwin--the newest education platform at Nelson--I am the primary contact for the content team, design team, web developers, and production vendors, coordinating the conversion and release of 40 titles within the pilot year. As a completely new interface, I was tasked with devising a production workflow, working within limited budgets, and finessing schedules to account for all the stakeholders involved. I am also responsible for verifying new vendors and training all new staff and freelancers on Nelson technical specifications. Oversaw all quality assurance for each product, maintained the Content Management system, and documented each phase, task, and set of instructions in a Wiki database for internal and external staff. After first release of Edwin products, was promoted to Senior Digital Production Manager, and became team lead of multiple internal production staff.

Contributed to the production of seven separate magazines including Canadian Technician, Logistics Magazine, Canadian Car Owner, Today's Trucking, Truck & Trailer, Plumbing & HVAC, and Highway Star.
