I have over twenty years of experience working in the career of Social work with populations that have a disability either physically, mentally or economically. In the last seven years, I've worked in the Healthcare field, mostly with the Senior population. I've had experience in marketing Home Health Care, as a personal Home Health Aide, and then, as an Activity Director at several Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes. All of these experiences have been invaluable as they have taught me so much about the industry of long term health care. I am looking for the next opportunity in my career path as to what position will use the skills I have already obtained, and further my growth. I have come to really love the Elder population and have a passion to help those, especially with dementia, live their last days in dignity and peace.
