Serving as an IT PM in the newly formed BJC IT PMO. Managing enterprise non-clinical IT projects from contract negotiation through close out for BJC. Currently managing the multi-million dollar Windows 10 Upgrade project for the BJC fleet of 37,000 devices. This project includes the build out of the infrastructure to migrate the fleet to Windows 10. The implementation of SCCM to migrate applications into Windows 10. The replacement of devices that do not meet minimum hardware requirements for Windows 10. Lastly, creating an instance of OMS / Azure for asset management purposes. Filled the role of Operations Manager for the SharePoint COE for all of BJC. This involved managing a team of two employees and four contractors. This COE provided increased customer support for SharePoint across the enterprise, focusing on standardization, and governance with the use of Metalogix products. The COE completed a project to provide standardized templates for all customers.Managed the enterprise implementation of the Forms on Demand application so clinical staff have the ability to print armbands and labels, and forms. This application is also considered the Epic downtime system. This project was estimated around $750,000. This project involved a very challenging implementation schedule along with multiple stakeholders with differing and competing priorities. Benefits of this project include significant cost savings from the reduction in paper usage as well as laying the ground for forms standardization across the enterprise.Managed the SharePoint 2013 Upgrade which went to Production in April 2017. This project was appx $850,000 and involved multiple vendors.Completed an upgrade for a third party application that tracks supplies ordered and processed at the Cath lab at BJH. This upgrade was completed within budget (appx $125,000) on an extremely aggressive timeline.
