-Preparing the patient support programs proposals.-Executing 3eesh patient support program for Abbvie and managing the whole aspects of the field daily work.

-perform some clinical examinations , quality of life tests to help patients reach the comprehensive disease control.-Provide clinical management services and/or state of the art nutrition education to patients in helping to cope with autoimmune diseases( Rheumatoid , Crohn's & Psoriasis) .-perform musculoskeletal ultrasound for rheumatoid patients to follow up disease development .

•Provide state of the art nutrition education and/or clinical management services to patients, their families or care partners in helping to optimize diabetes management. • Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients with medical conditions requiring dietary modification. • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring patient service activities of the Diabetes. • Participate in overall program development and implementation, and promotional activities of the diabetes program.• Serve as a resource for quality diabetes medical information related to treatment and support of patients with diabetes. •Promote Sanofi diabetes program and its related services by serving as a spokesperson. • Specialist in giving session and advices for diabetes children using creative ways of education. •Responsible for developing patients education sessions material and present it to sanofi’s customer on weekly basis and during the diabetes events organized by Sanofi everywhere.
