Amidst traveling to support the opening of new centers, collaboration with teams across the organization to optimize our clinical learning & operations processes is another central focus.

Coordinate and provide 1:1 in home clinical training for patients working with specific self injectable medications used to treat a variety of medical conditions such as UC, Crohn's, short bowel, HAE, and PTH related issues.Participate in human factor studies for new drugs in multiple cities as needed.

Interim ADON for senior assisted living community

Infection preventionist, employee health nurse, and clinical educator for a 13 site FQHC (federally qualified health center). Shared management of the compliance and clinical education department.

Primarily responsible for but not limited to, the coordination and education for a multitude of outpatient vascular and interventional radiology procedures.

Integral care coordination of the patient/family/staff in all aspects of the transplant process. Primarily responsible for, but not limited to: pre & post transplant education, scheduling of post transplant care, day to day management of various outpatient care conerns, insurance verification, prior authorization(s) of medications&/or procedures, lab data & diagnostic testing interpretation. Developed strong tasks in office management of standard operating procedures, quality control, operational & procedural improvement, as well as multifaceted involvement in committees related to the growth of the program.

Responsible for all aspects of organizing and leading solid organ procurement for heart & lung(s), continual compliance of solid organ transplant wait-list management, maintaining quality control, creation and implementation of new policy & procedure, yearly audit organization and participation, wait-list management, education of patient/family/staff on solid organ transplant, various routine aspects of outpatient patient care management.
