With 15 years experience in communications and more than a decade as a consultant, Sarah’s clients are as diverse as the industries they operate within. She works with executives of small-medium sized businesses, industry associations, large corporations, consulting firms and government entities to develop strategies for effective communications and engagement. She has worked to develop and manage brands, consult with stakeholders, build momentum with key audiences, and create partnerships that further her client’s goals and objectives. As an independent consultant, Sarah brings the experience, instincts and work ethic needed to enable clients to achieve their communications and business goals. Sarah's role was about building and maintaining positive relationships. Relationships with the business community, media, colleagues, contractors, community members, stakeholders and anyone who takes the time to engage with Nalcor on social media, by email or in person. She provided strategic communications support for the Environmental Assessment and Aboriginal Affairs department for the Lower Churchill Project. This included everything from issues scoping and risk management to media relations and consultation with stakeholder, public and Indigenous groups.On a weekly basis, Sarah also dipped into the worlds of community relations, community investment, communications planning and implementation, media relations, website development, social media, corporate communications, employee relations and anything else that came her way.
