Responsible for the overall design layout and creation of print and online graphics. Creating visual concepts that inspire, inform and captivate our Melbourne Rebels supporters/members and collaborate with the wider Marketing Communications team to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligns with the brand guidelines.- Designing all print, online and digital marketing content from concept planning through to print or implementation online (social media advertising, digital billboards, website advertising)- Managing and administering website, digital channels and social media management (platforms including Facebook incl. Ads Manager, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)- Strategy implementation and analytics reporting - creating design elements and marketing campaigns driven from data- Innovate content creation using Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & MS Office)- Working with external Marketing agency account executives to make sure all needs are met with final creative authority.

Working collaboratively across Te Rūnanga Group and its subsidiaries to design and proactively manage corporate communications with both internal and external stakeholders.My role covers a wide scope including: strategic communications and public affairs advice; stakeholder communications including crisis management as well as whānau and iwi communications. Also responsible for providing operational support to the Senior Communications Advisor and Group Communications Manager.Currently, the biggest part of this role involves editing, proofing and producing Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu magazine publication - Te Pānui Rūnaka. With 15,000 printed each month.
