Internal application development for Climate Risk

Responsibilities included:• Verifying testing data and calculations for petro, distillate, and chemical laboratories• Compiling and creating certificates of analysis to be sent to IOC customers• Ensuring lab data and certificates will pass future auditing• Familiar with ASTM, API, and EPA reporting requirements for all methods

• Worked with theater renter to establish their needs for light, sound and stage managing during their event, and then created light designs and ran both sound and light boards to achieve client’s vision• Coordinated logistics between theater renter and theater program coordinator

Provided admin and receptionist support on an as needed basis. General duties included supporting investing, insurance, compliance, and client management special projects; assisting in office wide paperless initiative; and answering and routing calls.

• Primary liaison between assigned Sikorsky manufacturing area and offload suppliers for critical parts that needed to go to 3rd-party suppliers for select operations before being completed in-houseo Generated purchase orders for the outsourcing of manufacturing and chemical application processes. For parts that needed to go through purchasing, made sure that all paperwork was in order and that scope of work had been updated/approved by engineeringo Liaised between manufacturing and suppliers in order to obtain commit dates for part return that would ensure monthly on-time delivery to productiono Worked with engineering and purchasing to address any supplier issueso Supported $88M business unit by running daily part status meetings for senior operations, material logistics, and quality managemento Coordinated with logistics to arrange expedited transportation when neededo Initiated process improvements and provided training on updated policieso Created—and updated daily—Excel database for tracking parts through the entire offload process
