With over 20 years in education and school improvement, I have a wealth of experience I can offer your school. Providing a more hands-on approach than other consultants, I work in the classroom alongside teachers to model best practice, supporting teachers to succeed and improve pupil outcomes.A specialist in the teaching of primary mathematics and MFL, I can provide expert training in these fields and have a proven track record of improving pupil engagement in these subjects. I also offer training in the teaching of reading and writing to secure consistently good practice in the classroom and ensure teachers are making the best use of the time and resources available to create articulate, literate young people.My experience in leading school improvement projects in schools has enabled me to develop an adaptable and positive approach to work and life within my role as a teacher mentor and trainer.
