Researching anti-Asian hate and racism related to Covid-19. Started with international incidents and now focus exclusively on U.S. incidents. Our research on reports in the news led to the creation of the StopAAPIHate website where people can now self-report discrimination. Our research has also been cited in resolutions by both the Senate and House denouncing anti-Asian racism, and we create reports for various government agencies, non-profits, and policy organizations.

Researched and analyzed data on California state-reporting institutions to determine whether they adhere to State requirements on how to collect and report demographic data on mixed race individuals.

Analyzed case documents and prepared immigration applications for filing with U.S. government agencies. Drafted petitions, applications, and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. Interfaced with corporate representatives and foreign nationals while maintaining case management systems and client contact information.
