- Compile orders from Shopify and Etsy to complete for the day and prepare them for assembly.- Work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Canva to create custom designs for personalized items.- Package orders for the day and oversee that orders are shipped on schedule.- Ensure employees are staying on task and accurately fulfilling orders.- Manage the Etsy shop by answering customer questions and fulfilling orders.- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all required items are in stock.- Manage and design custom wholesale orders.- Process and manage 300+ orders per week.
