I create and revise online, virtual instructor-led, and instructor-led training for financial advisors, branch office administrators, and firm leaders. I work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from several business areas within the firm to improve the lives of our employees and clients. I plan and execute all phases of the session from kickoff through compliance approval to pilot.

I design, write, and revise regulatory courseware for financial institutions utilizing Sharepoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Lectora. I create the tutorial, job aids, and summative and formative assessments for each course. I strive to make the learner experience efficient, understandable, and interactive. I perform a needs assessment for each course and collaborate with RMs and Sales to determine customer needs and requests. I also collaborate with the L & D team to select appropriate graphics utilizing Illustrator and Photoshop and layouts for courses. I work closely with SMEs to create new courses and improve existing courses. I have performed beta testing for new products as well as mobile testing for existing courseware. I review customer and sales feedback to help improve the learner experiences. I've also helped create process standards documents to be used department wide.

I taught English, literature, and education courses for traditional and non-traditional students. The elements of rhetoric were a primary focus. Students learned to write a MLA-formatted research essay incorporating a variety of primary and secondary sources. Plagiarism was covered in detail including an introduction to and submission in turnitin.com.

I taught English, literature, and communication courses for traditional and non-traditional students in lecture and online formats. All courses focus on collegiate writing style including the incorporation of APA-style research writing. Basic grammar and mechanics instruction is reviewed and utilized in each course as well.

I taught English and literature courses to primarily non-traditional students. Most students were changing careers and had some anxieties about collegiate writing. Students composed 5 essays per semester incorporating MLA format. The primary focus was the use in critical thinking as it applied to the ethos of source material. Online database use and mastery was also a primary element.

I taught English, literature, and composition courses to 9th-12th grade students. The classes were co-taught, regular, and honors level. *I covered units on Shakespeare (Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, The Tempest), The Great Gatsby, The Scarlet Letter, Oedipus Rex, To Kill a Mockingbird, Of Mice and Men, Batman, The Secret Life of Bees, Brian's Song, Friday Night Lights, and others. *Besides teaching, I also worked in the Writing Center as a writing resource to all students in all subjects. *I was also a member of the Curriculum Review Committee. I served as mentor teacher to other new English teachers as well as instructing student teachers.

Holocaust survivors were brought in to speak to my students and other classes as a conclusion to the unit. *I coached drill team and served on the School Improvement Committee
