Ensuring surgeries are being scheduled with regards to correct equipment, rooms, materials, surgery length and staff. Works as a liaison between the departments to call for equipment, ensure adequate staff will be present for surgeries, and alerting staff to be prepared for patients. Ensures that patient is aware of any changes to their surgery and guide them to the correct person if they have any questions. Works to schedule surgeries for doctors' offices and try to accommodate them as much as possible. Also, responsible to keep office files up to date and the with miscellaneous office tasks.

I am responsible for ensuring children's safety and providing for their personal care needs, developing and implementing lesson plans and monthly goals to meet children’s developmental needs and maintain within standards as outlined by Kansas Department of Health. I also held to provide peer education and in-service training internally & externally, as well as being attentive and sensitive to the needs of children, families, peers and the childcare center.
