I have been working at Pearson for over 12 years, with many different roles including Inside Sales and CRM Manager and progressing to a Sales Effectiveness Manager before taking on my current role. I have also earned two certifications from Pearson: iSell Master Trainer Bronze and Inclusive Learning Experience Explorer.In my previous roles, I have led a team of Inside Sales Consultants, managed the CRM programme for UK Higher Education, and implemented business and system improvements to enhance the sales experience across UK and Europe. I have demonstrated my skills in customer relationship management, leadership, sales, and communication, as well as my passion for inclusive and innovative learning solutions.
