• Lead a team of technical recruiters while maintaining individual contributor duties of the professional recruiter role. • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to review metrics, provide guidance and constructive feedback to improve performance. • Create recruiting activities to motivate and challenge the team in order to increase productivity with a more proactive approach.• Facilitate training and development for new employees to ensure a fluid onboarding process. • Partner with sales and management teams to address any additional gaps in production and create new employee onboarding best practices and processes.
