Working as a barista I am able to be a reliable team player who focuses on customer satisfaction. My typical shift requirements include preparing hot and cold beverages, correctly customize orders as requested, process customer payments, and engaging in friendly interactions with customers.

As a Behavioral Health Assistant, I observed patients for abnormal behavioral of physical signs, charted observations and patient vitals following prescribed procedures and standards; developed and taught strategies to promote client wellness and sobriety

Over the summer I worked as a Glacier Guide to give tours and ensure tour flow and safe activity on the glacier. I was responsible for passengers loading and unloading from the helicopter on the glacier and giving 20 minute engaging and factual tours for up to 12 hours a day. I was able to work independently leading a group safely in varying weather conditions with the help of my lead guide.

While saving for college I worked as a receptionist at a dental clinic. I handled patient care and scheduling, dental insurance verification, auditing patient medical charts, and upholding HIPAA privacy regulations.
