• Assist in providing psychological support for U9-U18 academy players• Deliver presentations/workshops to players relating to the 5Cs• Design and create Mental Skills Training Leaflets and other educational material• Facilitate the integration of psychology through coach education and session design• Offer ongoing psychosocial and morale support to players experiencing long-term injuries• Work collaboratively with qualified sport psychologists, coaches and support staff as part of an interdisciplinary team• Remain alert to any potential safeguarding concerns; report and refer appropriately

• Assist in providing psychological support for U18 academy players• Facilitate player profiling and goal setting programmes for U18 scholars• Deliver ThinkWorks presentations/workshops to U18 scholars and U12-U16 academy players• Facilitate psychological support sessions with U9-U16 academy players at 6-weekly CPD events • Deliver lessons to Level 2 students within PNE Community and Education Trust (relating to lifestyle and psychological factors affecting sport performance)• Offer ongoing psychosocial and morale support to players experiencing long-term injuries• Work collaboratively with qualified sport psychologists, coaches and support staff as part of an interdisciplinary team• Remain alert to any potential safeguarding concerns; report and refer appropriately

• Officiate competitive youth football matches between children aged 6-16 years• Required punctuality, reliability, and diligence in assessing any health and safety concerns• Ability to apply a wealth of knowledge and make instant and accurate decisions under pressure• Relentless concentration to optimise observational abilities and patience in controversial situations• Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills depending on status (players, coaches or parents)• Confidence to take ownership of the match situation and lead by example• Notice and report any safeguarding concerns and refer appropriately
