As Assistant Director of Programs at Camp Namanu:- Lead all hiring for approximately 70 seasonal hires.- Designed and implemented training for approximately 70 staff.- Overhauled the camp souvenir shop, including full remodel, full redesign of products, new pricing structure, etc., resulting in over $50,000 in sales in a 2.5 month season.- Conducted regular staff one on one check ins, written evaluations and on going support systems.- Supported Program Director in upholding standards of safety, customer service, DEI and youth development practices.

As the Rental and Events Manager:- Created and maintained social media presence and materials, including designing styled shoots, gaining permissions to share content, building a social media following, creating a library of content to pull from, etc.- Scheduled and hosted tours of Namanu's 550+ acre site.- Communicated with potential clients and current clients on an ongoing basis, from inquiry through and beyond the event date.- Created comprehensive event pricing menus, overhauled contracts and other forms and maintained scheduling systems.- Developed relationships with local vendors and event professionals.- Ensured site was prepped and ready prior to an event arriving on site and acted as point person for all needs during rental events.
