After 37 years with Nat West, the last 15 as a Unit Lead in a fast paced and regularly changing environment, I have now stepped down and am looking for new challenges. I am pleased to have an invigilating role lined up but am also open to voluntary work or paid contract work on an ad hoc basis.I have had a successful career, getting high performance grades year on year and receiving positive feedback from management, team members and stakeholders.I have ensured that my team complete a challenging workload of time critical tasks, been instrumental in embedding deal management for Commercial Banking, managing the risks involved, looking after staff welfare and driving an ethos of going out of our way to provide excellent customer service.I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and hold a Certificate in Lending Skills.Out of work I have regularly undertaken voluntary work and have been both Chair and Treasurer of my son’s school parents association and a team manager for a junior athletics team.
