Responsible for ensuring a thorough and smooth onboarding of products and services sold to new and existing clients. Working effectively with various internal departments/stakeholders, managing multiple implementation projects in various stages of delivery.• Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients through online services and where necessary in person at the client’s location. Facilitates proactive account management principles, inter-service communication and business unit integration. • Actively participates in business planning, new service development, partnership development, and other tactical departmental processes and procedures to identify service enhancements and internal productivity gains.• Responsible for maintaining expertise on regulatory requirements.
