Assist with hiring, job posting, discipline process, layoffs, drug testing and terminations for hourly personnel including a Unionized site. - Administer Union discipline process, job posting and movement process.- Participate in recruiting fairs.- Safety glasses administration for Union employees.- Administer alcohol and drug testing processes.- Assist and support Human Resource function, including remote locations.
