About Sarah Karnowski

Project lead with a passion for bringing meaningful digital experiences to life. My goal is to make work enjoyable for clients and team members by setting expectations early, communicating often, and collaborating as much as possible - because no one knows everything. I have a formal art education that provided me with a strong fundamental design background and the ability to take critique. I have extensive production experience (highlighted below) and a toolbox of management methods I’ve picked up along the way. I believe in customizing the process to work for the team; all projects don’t fit into the perfect agile framework and that’s okay.I am currently living and working in Portland as a Manager for the EY Design Studio. Please see below for details.
