I have over 4 years of experience in customer support roles, working with different platforms and technologies to solve problems and deliver solutions. I have also gained technical skills and knowledge from my previous positions as a Customer Support Analyst at TELUS International Ireland and a Technical Support Representative at Pure Telecom Ireland. My core competencies include communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for learning and growing in the financial services industry. I completed my secondary education at Loreto Balbriggan in 2019, and I am interested in pursuing further studies in the future. My goal is to contribute to the success of Fidelity International and its clients, and to develop my career in the client services field.
