Duties-Instructs subordinates on proper procedures in time cards, breakdown and build up of machinery, and inspect completed assignments for proper repairs.-Performs Quality Inspections on in work jobs to resolve issues with maintenance and to ensure schedule maintenance on time completion.-Motivates supervisors, peers, and subordinates on squadron goals to include policy and programs.-Assist fellow managers to utilize workers, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools to complete work for our customers.-Oversees and analyses numerous programs to include:Program financials, budgets and contrats, SDS Documents, Hazardous materials, fall protection, Inventory controls; Up to $650,000. -Manages all purchases for the entirety of the FSWT program, prepared and analyzed month by month and fiscally to ensure budgest were met and not exceeded. Evaluting spending and advising upper management of recomended cutbacks. Record keeping of spending for end of month and yearly financial meetings with management.Parts management: -communicate with technicians to order correct parts, transcribing parts requested to parts required with vendors, keeping accurate tracking on all priority parts and materials. Receive and organize parts for smooth work order fulfilment.-Communicate correct parts and ordering procedures with Technicians minimizing incorrect parts.-Manages routine and non-routine repairs.

Analyze price and quality of products from current inventory and vendors. Followed up on backorders. Release and issue purchase orders. Placed orders for current customers, followed up on pricing and stock requests. Tracked shipments from the supplier to the destination Contacted vendors to obtain current pricing and current stock available to be purchased. Verified inventory levels and placed inventory orders.

Received calls from customers that need authorization on their medications.Contacted the insurance company to get authorization on medications.Contacted pharmacy to get medications processed for the customerContacted customer and advised outcome.
