My responsibilities include creating lesson plans using the STEAM approach, including Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. Developing a personal Pre-K curriculum as well as creating fun assessments outside of the "testing" norm. I assist in the office helping out with administrative tasks. At Believe to Achieve, I was a Co-teacher for a Kindergarten class. I was in charge of the IEP small group activities, and differentiating activities for those students, when needed. I also was the substitute for the school when teachers called off.
