RoundtableRx is a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 2020. Our mission is to offer safe and affordable medication to Minnesotans in need, provide continuity of care and reduce waste by redistributing unused medications.As Project Manager, I worked to complete short and long-term projects that support RoundtableRx leadership. I work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives. Recent project management includes first anniversary RoundtableRx fundraiser, successful activation and implementation of an Oracle NetSuite finance and CRM system and other projects related to operations, marketing and communications and business development.

Grant funded research regarding correctional health care providers and advanced-stage care in criminal justice systems nationwide. Co-created and administered survey data collection tool among sample population. Facilitated working-group of collaborative interdisciplinary team of experts to complete study.

Conducted review of ACT on Alzheimer’s historical evaluation reports and other dementia-related bodies of research. Drafted and administered survey of Dementia Friendly Communities across Minnesota, in partnership with Executive Director and Minnesota Area Agencies on Aging networks. Completed summary report of Dementia Friendly Communities assessment findings presented to the Board of Directors.

I supported the 50 member board of directors of Greater Twin Cities United Way. I worked in partnership with the executive team to maintain strong board relations in context of meeting preparations, communications, event execution, and identified development and engagement follow-up. Executed best practice organizational governance in partnership with executive leaders and board governance committee oversight. Internally, I participated on the Culture and Inclusion Council made up of my peers to support organizational inclusive culture and provide a channel of communications with organizational leaders.

Dedicated Volunteer with Southside Family Charter School in Minneapolis. Southside's curriculum is focused around issues of Social Justice. Currently, I assist in research, grant writing, and coordination of the 2011 Civil Rights Movement Trip for students and staff.

Planned and developed the 2010 Milwaukee History Trip for students and staff. Helped in multiple and diverse classroom settings with child supervision, reading exercises, and field trip management.

Minnesota International Center (MIC) is a thriving non-profit based in the Twin Cities that connects the global world with the Twin Cities area. The International Visitor Leadership Program allows for international leaders from around the world to visit the United States for professional and cultural exchanges. Intern responsibilities included, compiling contact and resource information for professional site visits, completion of itineraries for visiting guests, and project follow-up.

The Junction is a small community organization based in Northern Ireland. The Junction focuses on community relations issues including, peace and reconciliation, community building, and individual empowerment. Intern responsibilities included assistance in completion of the Quilt Project, that showcased over 25 international quilts regarding violence, war and peace.
